There was no question we wanted to purchase from Auto Yard Shop & Consignment, I had purchased my first RV here in 2009. Having had many good years with my RV I knew I wanted another, now it was finding the right trailer on craigslist that was being sold by Auto Yard Shop & consignment. I called and spoke to Gerda Caraway, she was nice and very patient with all the questions I've had. From the moment you register and start the transaction, you know you are protected when a whole team of professionals are working just for you...so your about to have an amazing experience!
At delivery, we met Michael. Having met Michael for the first time we found him to be professional but friendly, easy to talk to and work with, exceeding our expectations! After spending some time with us and going through the pre delivery inspection, he quickly came up with information and suggestions for our needs. With great assistance from Michael, it was within an hour we had come to the conclusion that we will keep the RV, he made it that simple and comfortable for us by showing everything how it works, explaining pros and cons, etc. While Michael had stepped away to get us the delivery contract to sign, my wife and I already decided that we will keep the trailer. So, I recommend if you want an amazing experience and want to feel good about a purchase use Auto Yard Shop & Consignment, you will NOT be disappointed.

I bought a used Polaris quad last month from Debbie, who was selling it through Auto Yard Shop & Consignment. They were awesome- very personable and easy to work with! I am so pleased with the deal I got on my online car buying experience has got better. My family and I will definitely return to buy from Auto Yard Shop & Consignment in the future!

The best service anywhere!!!!
Auto Yard Shop & Consignment has the best service and the best service people I have ever encountered in all my years of online buying or selling. Although the website is quite controversial when first used,
it is worth the effort (which is practically 0 from the buyers or sellers side). They make the vehicle buying process very easy and stress free. You only have to sign some papers and then start the marketing process, which is amazing. We've received a lot questions from a lot of people, many with different opinions about the service, but there is no service out there that is 100% appreciated by consumers, no matter the domain the company works in.
My service provider, Reginald Heatonle, is without question the best service manager. He never recommends anything I really don't need but does recommend essentials and always knows what is needed and when. Not only that, but when the car is ready to be shipped, he goes over it carefully and cleans up whatever was left undone. Also, my car was better looking when it was sold that I ever kept it, I was even sadder letting our old truck go.
I wrote to the buyer to see if he was happy and they were amazed, not by the truck, but by the delivery time, the pdi inspection and everything. We both were treated like royalty, can't recommend them highly enough and I am a former consumer reporter and know whereof I speak. Lorenzo Wiley

expected and more. Of course, the best part was getting my money. Next
to that, I appreciated the fact that they communicated with me
throughout the process, letting me know what was happening. Processing
my transaction was easy and very successful. I have purchased a new (to
me) used ATV, and I hope to use Auto Yard Shop & Consignment again.

very pleased with Auto Yard Shop & Consignment
For the past year I started to get the inch to get a new car. I found one on Kijiji and was told it's being sold through Auto Yard Shop & Consignment. I said what's that? never heard of it and originally thought it was a scam, never though I'll be writing a good review about Auto Yard Shop & Consignment, which is something I never do.
I've bought and sold online before, but since I've went to autoyard.shop I received a completely different and refreshing experience.
Vincent made my customer service experience a 5 out of 5 i gave the quality of work a 5 out of 5 because after having my ca delivered for more than a week now i still love everything about my new used car Friendliness was a 5 out of 5 and the whole experience 20, the total amount of positiveness in their process. I wouldn't hesitate to buy the car all over again.

Never thought I will be using such a GREAT SERVICE!!!I've always been leery of these kind of services, but I used Auto Yard Shop & Consignment anyways because all evidence was pointing to the fact that they are legit. Glad I was right. I ended up having a trailer and it was by far the easiest, most efficient transaction I've ever made. NO HASSLES like I was expecting, everything was done from my computer and it was super easy. I will be buying again from you, and I will be telling everyone I know how fast and easy it was. I highly recommend them, I don't purchase an item from Craigslits without seeing it unless is being sold through these guys. They have quick service and are great. They send you a prepaid shipping label so you don't have to pay shipping charges like other companies make you do. I have recommended them to family members and they were also happy with them. I definitely recommend them don't think twice about it.
