My wife and I had been searching for a new car her for almost a year, looking at all makes and models, the idea all along was kind of a sporty red coupe. We searched nationwide for months, never finding anything that we just said, "that's the one." After an exhausting search, we located an Infiniti G-35 here in our home state of Oregon 45 miles away from out home, drove it and really liked it, but it was sold from underneath us (which would be the best thing in the end). Several weeks later, I was searching the internet when I located a 2003 Infiniti G-35 red coupe in California with only 14K miles and one owner carfax certified vehicle. I have never bought a car online and thought it was a pipe dream at best, but sent an email. The seller responded to me very quickly and very professionally without being pushy and said, "lets see what we can do to make this happen." He hired a business Auto Yard Shop to take care of everything.. The ball was rolling and I was going to be in the Los Angeles,CA for the holiday so we could go drive and see the car. We worked out all the details, put a deposit down and went to Los Angeles for the holiday, rented a car and drove to the Auto Yard Shop warehouse. We were greeted very casually, but enough to make us feel important and special, given the keys and with copies of Driver's Licese and insurance, they told my wife and I to go drive it! We were extremely impressed with the condition of the car and the feeling we recieved the entire time we were there, it was by far, hands down the most positive car buying experinece I have ever had over the years of buying about 20 cars! I would buy from them again tommorow and do it online without driving the car, yes it was "that good!" So the details were worked out, we signed some papers, we left the Auto Yard Shop warehouse feeling releived and extatic, I had just given my wife her Christmas present!! We never had any intentions of driving the car home, so after we left and got home, we worked out the details with Auto Yard Shop and car was on its way to Oregon via car carrier! We again worried about the condition of the car driving through less than favorable weather. We were in contact with Auto Yard Shop during this time and they kepy reassuring me they do this all the time and the car will be fine. The car arrived as promised and in the condition we saw it in when we drive it, it was perfect! I really cannot say enough about the experience I had, it was nothing short of "AMAZING!!!!!!" Thanks to Auto Yard Shop, you guys followed through with your promises, made sure we were happy and most of all made sure we got the best Infiniti in the Country after a long exhausting search

I would like to say how happy I was with Auto Yard Shop assistance with marketing my '64 Corvette for sale on various websites and (2) eBay auctions. Auto Yard Shop immediately answered all my questions and kept me informed by phone calls and emails. Auto Yard Shop also followed up with emails to make certain I was satisfied.
We bought a 2005 Saab 9-3 with low miles for a good price. Car was as advertised and works well thus far. Staff was pretty helpful and even picked up my mom at the airport to pick up the car. Can't wait to get it home.

Auto Yard Shop contacted me because I had an ad on Craigslist for a car for sale. I thought I needed to be able to reach out further and to get a little bit better presentation for the vehicle I was trying to sell, so I decided to contract with them. Having the vehicle listed with Auto Yard Shop was very simple. Scott ** helped me a lot. He’s a very, very nice person to deal with. However, because they had an office change in staff during my transaction, one day I ended up talking to three people and none of them knew what was going on and they couldn’t give answers. It was really frustrating. I talked to Scott the next day, and he explained to me the situation. He apologized because I had several offers all on that day and nobody seemed to know how to contact the person. They weren't even able to tell the name of the person I sold the car to and I just sent an email off to an anonymous email address I had and asked if they were interested in a car that I had for sale. It was odd and kind of telemarketing - “Are you interested in buying my car?” I just got lucky. My interactions with Scott were really good, but I didn’t have that great of an experience with the other people. It’s just good that the job got done, the car got sold, and the person is coming to pick the car up next Wednesday.

Bought my 2008 F-150 FX4 from these guys with 44,600 miles on it. The price was excellent and the vehicle was as described. My registration and paperwork showed up as promised with no issues. Overall it was a very pleasant transaction and I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.
I am very happy with the truck, and I'm extremely happy I decided to drive down and look at the vehicle instead of just going by what these negative reviews said. There's a lot of baby's out there who expect to be protected from their own stupidity, and when life goes south its always someone else's fault (in
this case a used car dealer makes a great bad guy to cover for dumb decisions). Do your research before buying and have the car inspected Don't hop on Google and give the place a terrible review because you couldn't be bothered to do your homework (if your buying on EBAY, that is all the more reason to line up an inspection here in Los Angeles before purchase). Laziness in lining up the groundwork and your greediness to lower the price by going outside ebay, thus shaving 3%, are your own fault (ebay tells you so, I have no sympathy for greedy idiots). Another thing to consider is that the dealer is also not likely aware of "All" problems associated with the car. They do not drive the vehicle everywhere for a month to find out every little thing that is wrong, nor are they required to. The responsibility lies with the purchaser to sort that out, and a good inspection should catch all the showstoppers. Some people are just idiots and shouldn't buy anything, ever.............. It has also occurred to me that a number of the negative reviews are from competitors as these guys are undercutting everyone else with some pretty damn good prices. Do your research, and happy buying.

We found a 2010 BMW online sold by Auto Yard Shop and we made an appoinment for an inspection. We drove to their warehouse the next day. Everyone was great and helpful. Not to mention nice and friendly.

This dealership has been very good at communicating and keeping me informed all the time.They are working with me and that is awesome. The initial vehicle I was interested in sold. However, they have in stock the second vehicle I had intentions on purchasing. This moves up my time line, however, the cost of the vehicle makes it worth pushing my time line up.

After 47 days of searching, I knew I had found my car- no need to haggle no need to delay- I pulled the trigger and went. The online AD was spot on, and I flew to Los Angeleson the next available flight. I went to their warehouse and I was driving home within 2hrs. 14.5hrs later, I pulled into my driveway still smiling. I recently in an accident and my insurance totaled out my car. I got a fair amount for my old 2011 Ford Edge from my insurance company and really wanted the same car (hopefully a little nice, lower miles). I went online and started my search and The Auto Yard Shop had the best deal within 500 miles of me by over $2,000 and it was a year newer than my old one! I talked to a live chat oprerator initially and worked with Ryan when I got up there and it was honestly the smoothest car purchase I've ever experienced! The car was exactly what they told me in the pictures and description and I got a great deal on an additional 100k mile warranty! Auto Yard Shop contacted me. The salesman said that he could sell the boat for me but it never happened. I gave him pictures and had everything written up to put on the website and put it on auction. The customer service team was friendly and very good, but I never got any contacts. Never got the job done.

I found the car I purchased on ebay motors. The vehicle was exactly as describe, very clean and a great price. These guys are great. I began working with Joe via email and over Live chat. I flew to Los Angeles to look at the car. Julio with Auto Yard Shop picked me up at the airport taking me to the warehouse. I finalized my sale with Julio on the same day as arriving, driving home with a new vehicle. The entire process took around 2 hours and that included me test driving the vehicle for as long as I wanted. Staff was very helpfull
Auto Yard Shop called me. I had my car on the local radio/TV station and I’m assuming they must cruise through them and then contact people that they think they could sell our car or whatever you have. Another company called me before them and I hooked up with them. They were awful. They did nothing. They took my money and did absolutely nothing. And so when this company called me, I looked into it and they’re the only AAA-rated company that does this online sales. I think the market here is maybe just too small. I actually have 2 cars on, but for a car like my ’58 Corvette they sold, I just only had two guys that even called me and only one of them was really interested and even low-balled me. And he didn't even come look at it. So I just thought maybe I need to get to a bigger market.
The guy who talked to me that I actually hooked up with on selling it, he answered the phone. If he didn't answer when I called, he called me right back after he got off the phone. Everybody that I talked to was good. They supplied me with a link to the sale. Compared to the other company that I did it with, I would do it with these people any time and with the other company, I will never, ever do anything. In fact, I wish the guy would call me. I had to go try to find his number because I got a few words I’d tell him and none of them would be nice. Overall, I had a very awesome experience with Auto Yard Shop. They got done what they said they were going to do. I would say things worked out. I'm happy. I’m waiting for a trucker to call me to come and pick it up. And so when I have numbers that I don’t recognize, I figure I better answer them.

Auto Yard Shop seem to be very efficient. I first heard about them on the internet. I decided to have them because they have events or marketing or car show. I paid money to the brokers and I just asked somebody to process the listing of my vehicle with Auto Yard Shop. People from Auto Yard Shop were all nice and interested in representing the car. I haven't heard from them recently but I understand it's wintertime and probably the sales are a little skimpy at this point. I've been working with them and it's just a matter of time before the vehicle would get sold.

Horible Experience
I recently inquired about a vehicle they had listed on Cars.com. I received no call back, no email, NO communication for over a week. I finally had the seller contacted me by email.He sent me to Auto Yard Shop and i contacted them. They didn't respond back. The next day someone called me regarding my inquiry over a week ago. It was too late at that point in my opinion. I have since purchased a vehicle elsewhere where they obviously care about customer service.

I got a 2009 Ford Ranger as a Christmas present for myself thanks to Auto Yard Shop. The delivery was timely and the object was shiny, spotless, and has now been carrying me through the iced over roads of Northwest Texas in January without any problem whatsoever.
