I bought a Blue 2001 BMW X5 Manual Transmission (rare model) from
MSGS AutoYardSales with a lot of risk going forward. I live in NY,
so the car would need to be shipped. I asked customer-service a lot of
questions about the car. Since I was going to purchase this
vehicle
sight-unseen, and shipped, I was naturally very nervous, but felt much
better after discussions I had with Kelly (Live chat operator).
Once
received, the X5 was in BETTER condition than I expected it to be, but
since the pictures in the original ad were so detailed, I knew it would
be a great car. Not one thing didn't work (everything worked)! No rust,
the car drove like a brand new car dream. It came with 90 day temporary
tags, as promised, so that I would be able to drive it as a daily (I
had to insure it of course). The title came in approximately 1 month
after purchase and I was able to register it and get it 100% mine.
Overall, I got the impression that the company is somewhat
understaffed. Each time I called, it seems like they were always
incredibly busy, but they managed to help me with all of the questions
I had on the live chat. Regardless of that, they came through with
their promises, in a timely manner, and I'm a very satisfied customer.
Thank you for everything! -
